First Degree Fitness FluidRower Plus Series

 

Each Plus series model rower has horizontal 518mm twin water tanks that provide (4) adjustable resistance levels. The Incremental scale of Fluid Resistance for Plus Series Horizontal Tank Fluid Rowers is:

Level 1 – 25%; level 2 – 50%; level 3 – 75% and level 4 – 100%

All Plus series FluidRowers come standard with a high contrast LCD screen. The display shows: time, distance, 500m split time, strokes per minute, calories per hour, watts and heart rate.These rowing machines do not have bluetooth compatibility.

First Degree Fitness FluidRower V Series

Each V series model rower has horizontal 518mm twin water tanks that provide (5) adjustable resistance levels. The resistance levels on the V series models is 15% greater than the Plus series. The incremental scale of Fluid Resistance for V series FluidRowers is:

Level 1 – 20%; level 2 – 40%; level 3 – 60%; level 4 – 80% and level 5 – 100%

 All V series FluidRowers come standard with a high contrast LCD screen. The display shows: time, distance, 500m split time, strokes per minute, calories per hour, watts and heart rate. These monitors also display power graphs and have out of the box bluetooth compatibility.

First Degree Fitness FluidRower XL Series

The XL series represents the largest format for the Twin Tank system. The horizontal 540mm twin tanks that have 3L more fluid in them than standard Plus models. The XL series rowers also have ten (10) adjustable resistance levels and provide up to 65% greater resistance than on the standard Plus rowers. The incremental scale of Fluid Resistance for XL tanks is: 

Level 1 – 10%; level 2 – 20%; level 3 – 30%; level 4 – 40%; level 5 – 50%; level 6 – 60%; level 7 – 70%; level 8 – 80%; level 9 – 90% and level 10 – 100%

First Degree Fitness FluidRower Commercial Series

All FDF commercial rowers have a vertical 525mm water tank design. There is a (9) blade stainless steel impeller that captures the water and additional resistance due to gravity and tank design. There are (10) adjustable resistance levels, with the following increments:

Level 1 – 10%; level 2 – 20%; level 3 – 30%; level 4 – 40%; level 5 – 50%; level 6 – 60%; level 7 – 70%; level 8 – 80%; level 9 – 90% and level 10 – 100%
