Option 1: White Glove Delivery & Assembly Service
We take care of everything from start to finish. Here’s how it works:

Shipping: Your purchase will be shipped to the nearest freight terminal based on your delivery address. You'll receive tracking information once the order ships.

Scheduling: Once your order arrives at the terminal, the freight carrier notifies us. Our technician will then contact you to schedule your delivery and assembly appointment, typically within a week of the order reaching the terminal.

Delivery & Assembly: On the scheduled day, the technician picks up the item, delivers it to your address, and assembles it in the room of your choice.
Important Notes:
- The tracking information's estimated delivery date is to the freight terminal, not your location.
- Ensure you're ready for installation when ordering. Inform us of any potential delays (new floors, vacations, renovations, etc.) beforehand.
- Installation usually takes 3-4 weeks from the order date, depending on shipping timelines.
Option 2: In-Home Assembly Only Service
If you prefer to handle delivery yourself, we’ve got you covered with our In-Home Assembly Only Service:

Shipping: Your product ships directly to you via freight or ground, as specified on the product page. Both you and the service team will receive tracking information.

Ground Shipments: Will be delivered by FedEx, USPS, or UPS, like any normal package.

Freight Shipments: You’ll receive the package from the freight company, typically with curbside delivery and lift gate service. The freight company will schedule a delivery appointment with you and deliver the pallet curbside. Moving the contents onto your property and into the room of assembly is your responsibility.

Assembly Scheduling: Once the product is delivered, the service technician will call to schedule your assembly appointment, usually within a week.
