The Elite EXP and Pro 100 EXP are PowerBlock's most popular models for good reason — both are built on the expandable EXP platform, meaning you can grow your weight capacity over time with add-on expansion kits instead of buying an entirely new set. The Elite EXP starts at 5–50 lbs and expands up to 90 lbs per hand. The Pro 100 EXP starts at 5–50 lbs and expands all the way to 100 lbs per hand in three stages. For facilities and serious lifters who need the heaviest loads, the Commercial Pro series handles up to 175 lbs per hand and is built to withstand the demands of high-traffic training environments.
