PowerBlock Expansion Kits
Already own a set of PowerBlock Dumbbells? Expansion Kits let you increase your dumbbell weight capacity without buying an entirely new set. Each kit adds 20 lbs per dumbbell — sold in pairs — and slots directly into your existing PowerBlock using the same patented selector pin system you already use. No extra equipment, no learning curve, just more weight when you're ready for it.
Expansion Kits are available in Stage 2, Stage 3, and Stage 4 and must be added in order — Stage 2 before Stage 3 and so on. Compatibility varies by model, so make sure you're selecting the kit designed for your specific set. The Elite EXP, Pro 100 EXP, and Commercial Series each have their own dedicated kits and are not interchangeable.

Expansion Kits are model-specific — they are not interchangeable between series. Use the guide below to make sure you're ordering the right kit for your set.
