• The York Barbell 7’ Olympic Barbell set it made from high quality North American steel, this bar has a 1000lb weight limit and a 28mm/1.125” bar diameter, and 14 7/8” sleeve length
• It is a rigid bar that is excellent for performing static, highly controlled, slow movements such as the squat, chest press, and deadlift
