A 220 lb weight stack provides smooth and consistent resistance via aluminum pulleys, with a 1:1 pulley ratio for lat pulldowns and 2:1 for the low row. Adjustable uprights feature 35 settings spaced 2" apart, laser numbered for quick changes during high-volume workouts.

Every detail is premium, from the aluminum curl, straight, and lat bars to the low row footplate and padded seat with hold-down pads. Whether you're pulling for width or rowing for thickness, this machine has you covered.
