This portion of the warranty includes all products except Bars, 9000 Series, Dumbbells, Kettlebells, Plate Weights, and Mats. This warranty applies only in the United States and Canada to products manufactured by XMark under the XMark brand name. This product is backed by a lifetime in-home frame warranty and one year on hardware, pop pins, pulleys and cables. This warranty excludes wear and tear items, including but not limited to, rubber feet, rubber handles, rubber grips, plastic inserts, rollers, end caps, accessories and expendable parts such as paint, finish and vinyl. This warranty extends only to you, the original purchaser. It is not transferable to anyone who subsequently purchases the product from you. This warranty excludes Bars, 9000 Series, Dumbbells, Kettlebells, Plate Weights, and Mats

XMark warrants that the product you have purchased or received for non-commercial, personal, family, or household use from XMark is free from defects in materials or workmanship under normal use during the warranty period. Your sales receipt, showing the date of purchase of the product, is your proof of the date of purchase. This warranty becomes VALID ONLY if the product is assembled and/or installed according to the instructions and/or directions included with the product.

• During the warranty period XMark will repair or replace (at the discretion of XMark) the product if it becomes defective, malfunctions, or otherwise fails to conform with this warranty under normal use. In repairing the product, XMark may replace defective parts with new, or at the discretion of XMark, serviceable used parts that are equivalent to new parts in performance. All exchanged parts and products replaced under this warranty will become the property of XMark. XMark reserves the right to change manufacturers of any part to cover any existing warranty.

• This warranty DOES NOT COVER shipping and handling charges, export taxes, custom duties and taxes, or any other charges associated with transportation of the parts or product. To obtain warranty service, you must contact an XMark customer service representative at the phone number located in the manual. Any parts determined to be defective must be returned to XMark to obtain warranty service. You must prepay any shipping charges, export taxes, custom duties and taxes, or any other charges associated with transportation of the parts or product. In addition, you are responsible for insuring any parts or product shipped or returned. You assume the risk of loss during shipment. You must present XMark with proof-of-purchase documents (including the date of purchase). Any evidence of alteration, erasure, or forgery of proof-of-purchase documents will be cause to void this warranty.

This product is backed by a three year frame warranty, one year on hardware and moving parts, and six months on rubber feet, rubber handles, rubber grips, pop pins, pulleys, cables, plastic inserts, rollers, end caps, accessories, polyvinyl coatings and ABS protective coverings. This warranty excludes wear and tear items and expendable parts such as paint, finish and vinyl. This warranty extends only to you, the original purchaser. It is not transferable to anyone who subsequently purchases the product from you.

XMark warrants that the product you have purchased or received for light institutional, non-commercial, personal, family, or household use from XMark is free from defects in materials or workmanship under normal use during the warranty period. Your sales receipt, showing the date of purchase of the product, is your proof of the date of purchase. CANCELLATIONS

• There is no charge to cancel your order within 24 hours unless it has shipped.
• After 24 hours, a 3% administrative fee will be deducted from your refund.
• If tracking has been assigned, we cannot cancel your order. The order will be held to our return policy.
• PRE ORDERS ONLY: If there are extensive delays, the cancellation fee may be waived. This will be addressed on a case by case basis.

RETURNS

• Returns must be initiated within 30 days from the date of product delivery
• Product must be unused
• Product must be in original packaging
• No restocking fee if above conditions are met
• PLEASE NOTECustomer will be responsible for all return shipping costs

DAMAGES

• Notify us as soon as possible
• Take as many pictures as necessary to document the damage, we will ask for these!
• If it's a freight/LTL shipment, the damage must be noted on the Bill of Lading (BOL) at the time of delivery
• PLEASE NOTE Our first course of action in the case of damages will be to ship brand new parts for a fully functioning, new product!
