The The Abs Company BRST (Battle Rope ST) combines two great training methods in one—battle rope conditioning and bodyweight strength training—without requiring a huge training lane. The secret is the 6 lb weighted handles (each), which allowed the rope length to be cut in half so you only need 10 feet from the attachment point to train effectively.

That space-saving setup makes BRST perfect for commercial gyms where floor space is premium, but demand for functional conditioning stations is high.
