Step-up platforms make bar access simple, while oversized DuraFirm™ pads stabilize your back, arms, and knees for strict VKR work. Ergonomic, large-diameter dip grips and a 42" multi-grip bar (wide pull-up & close-grip chin-up) deliver secure, comfortable holds on every set.

Built on an 11-gauge steel frame with 1⅝" × 3" oval uprights and a 2" × 2" all-sides welded mainframe, the FCD-STK is engineered for heavy, daily use in home gyms and commercial facilities alike.
