The Body-Solid SPRJAM Pro Clubline Jammer Arms add a whole new dimension of explosive training to your Body-Solid SPR1000 Power Rack. Built from 3" × 3", 11-gauge steel with oversized industrial-strength hardware, these arms are engineered for the heaviest loads and the most demanding athletic facilities.

Each arm features an 11" chrome-plated weight horn so you can fine-tune resistance with Olympic plates, plus rubber bumpers that protect your rack from scratches and keep noise down during hard sets. Innovative grip handles offer both neutral and angled positions, letting you program presses, pulls, and power movements from multiple angles.

Popular with sports performance centers, schools, and serious home gyms, the SPRJAM is perfect for football-style jammer drills, explosive presses, rows, triple extension work, and more. These jammer arms turn your SPR1000 into a full-blown power and athletic training station.

Note: Jammer arms must be installed on a Body-Solid SPR1000 Power Rack that is securely bolted to the floor.
