The Body-Solid SCB26 Squat Calf Block combines a 26" heel-elevating squat platform with an 18" long × 6.5" high calf block so you can groove deep, balanced squats and chase full-range calf raises on one compact tool. A solid-steel, two-bolt assembly, welded carry handle, and textured, no-slip surfaces deliver rock-solid footing set after set — all rated to a massive 2,000 lb capacity.

Use the squat platform to improve ankle dorsiflexion access and torso positioning; then step onto the tall calf block for maximum stretch and contraction of the gastrocnemius and soleus. Simple, bomb-proof, and purpose-built for heavy training.
