The Body-Solid SLM300G Pro Clubline Lat Pull / Mid Row delivers two cornerstone back stations in one compact footprint. A high overhead pulley with an extra-long lat bar supports wide, medium, or close grips for targeted lat and upper-back development. Instantly transition to the long pull / seated row—no cable change required—to hammer mid-back thickness and posture.

Adjustable hold-down thigh pads stabilize heavy pulldowns beyond bodyweight, while the 2" × 4" all-sides welded steel mainframe, aircraft-grade nylon-coated cables, and fiberglass-reinforced V-groove pulleys keep motion smooth, quiet, and consistent. Choose 210 lb or 310 lb selectorized stacks to match your environment and athletes.
