The Body-Solid SFID325B Adjustable FID Bench is a rugged, value-packed utility bench built from 2" × 3" 11-gauge steel and tested to 1,000 lb. Independent back and seat adjustments deliver true FID versatility: decline (-18°), flat, and inclines at 15°, 30°, 45°, 60°, 80° for the back pad, plus 0°, 10°, 18° at the seat. Thick, durable padding (tapered back pad 9.5"–12") provides secure support, while oversized transport wheels and a front handle make it easy to move between stations.

Available in a sleek Black frame, Pair it with dumbbells, a Smith machine, or a power rack for a complete, pro-level setup.
