This bad boy comes with (2) independent weight stacks that allow for true muscle isolation with over 20 adjustable positions per side. The standard model comes with 160lbs weight stakcs, but you can upgrade this to 210lbs each. Each stack is selectable in 10lb increments with a weight pin that easily slides in and out to your desired weight.

The integrated chin up bar is perfect to add in some bodyweight back and core exercises to your routine. The exercise list is practically endless with this functional trainer.
