The Body-Solid GPA3B Pec Deck integrates seamlessly with your GS348B Series 7 Smith Machine (with GLA348BS Lat Attachment installed) to unlock strict, controlled pec fly training. Perform both independent (unilateral) and synchronized (bilateral) fly motions to target the chest from start to finish.

For comfort and consistency, the GPA3B features extra-thick back and arm roller pads that stabilize your torso and guide repeatable form—ideal for progressive overload and balanced development.

Powered by the GLA348BS 210 lb weight stack (sold separately), the system supports add-on weight posts so you can micro-load or push heavier when you’re ready. The updated black finish matches modern Body-Solid stations and accessories.
