Body-Solid Olympic Leverage Exercise Bench with Leg Developer FID46

The Body-Solid FID46 is a rock-solid flat/incline/decline (FID) bench built on a heavy-gauge 3" round steel mainframe. It features 9-position synchronized seat & back pads that are a full 2¾" thick to support serious pressing and pulling without bottoming out. Use it standalone with dumbbells or pair it with power racks, Smith machines, and leverage gyms.

The included leg developer adds lower-body versatility: perform seated leg extensions with full 90° seat-back support and lying leg curls from an arched prone position. Transport wheels make it easy to move the bench around your space. Designed to work seamlessly with the Body-Solid SBL460 leverage gym. Olympic-style plates only (plates & collars sold separately).

-20°, 0°, 10°, 20°, 30°, 40°, 50°, 60°, 70° — dial in decline, flat, and multiple incline positions for presses, rows, and more.

8 Seat Pad Angles

0°, 4°, 6°, 8°, 10°, 12°, 15°, 17° — fine-tune hip and torso alignment for stronger, safer lifts.

Leg Developer Station

Perform seated leg extensions with full back support and lying leg curls from a traditional arched prone position. Olympic plates only; plates & collars sold separately.
