Compact, back-friendly vertical leg press with 1:1 resistance — built for HOME GYM OWNERS and LIGHT COMMERCIAL

The Body-Solid GVLP Vertical Leg Press delivers serious quad, glute, hamstring, and calf training in a space-saving footprint. Lie comfortably on your back and press directly above the hips — a joint-friendly position that reduces shoulder and lower-back stress while maximizing force into the foot plate. Sealed bearings provide a smooth track and deep range of motion (accommodates users up to 6'6") for stronger activation where it counts.

A 1:1 resistance ratio means what you load is what you lift, so you get meaningful resistance without mountains of plates. Three 11" plate horns accept both Olympic and standard plates, and a large, diamond-cut, non-slip plate (24" × 17") plus an extra-large, cushioned pad (45" × 19") keep you locked in for powerful, repeatable reps.
