Transform your Body-Solid GPR400 Power Rack into a complete cable training system with the GLA400 Lat Attachment. Designed to fit seamlessly inside the rack footprint, it provides both high and low pulley functions for a full range of movements—lat pulldowns, seated rows, curls, triceps pressdowns, face pulls, and more—without taking up extra space.

The plate-loaded carriage design allows for flexible resistance using your existing weight plates, or upgrade with the SP150 150 lb selectorized stack for easy, quick pin adjustments. Built with nylon-coated, aircraft-quality cables and heavy-duty pulleys, the GLA400 delivers smooth performance and long-term reliability.

Includes lat bar and low row bar. GPR400 rack, plates, and weight stack sold separately.
