A fully adjustable, 7-gauge steel cam with an easy pop-pin lets users fine-tune start/stop points for comfortable, repeatable reps across different body sizes. Oversized 8" foam rollers and thick DuraFirm™ pads deliver stable support, set after set.

Switch movements in seconds: raise the lifting arm for hamstring curls, or lower it for quad-focused extensions.
