This multi-function press arm stations contains three station in one, with fully adjustable pads for all size users and full range of motion exercise. Structurally and biomechanically designed for maximum chest, back and shoulder concentration. The Body-Solid GKR9 VKR/Dip Station is the perfect addition to anyone that wants to add more core and dip work to their routine. A better, stronger core will help your performance in all aspects of training and life itself.
The optional GKR 9 does not tie into the weight stacks, which means 3 people can use the G9S at once with this attachment added on.

Body-Solid GIOT Inner/Outer Thigh Machine
The Body-Solid GIOT Inner/Outer Thigh Attachment is a great complement to the included leg press, leg extension, and leg curl stations.
Take your leg development and strength ever farther with the addition of abductor and adductor work.
This machine add-on will tie in to the G9S existing weight stack. Total capacity will remain at (2) simultaneous users.

A Quick Note on the GKR9 and GIOT:
Only one of these options can be installed at a time. We do not recommend purchasing both. They are not easy to switch in and out nor are they easy to store while not in use.
Pro Tip: If space allows and you really want both stations, adding the GIOT is the more cost effective solution. A full power tower or vkr station will be easier to come by and provide the same benefits as the GKR9, while taking up less space and a fully separated Inner/Outer thigh machine.
