The Body-Solid FCD Fusion VKR Dip Pull-Up Station delivers a complete upper-body and core station in a compact footprint. Train wide-grip pull-ups, close-grip chin-ups, parallel bar dips, and vertical knee raises (VKR) to target lats, biceps, triceps, shoulders, and lower abs — no cables or plates required.

Step-up platforms provide easy entry to the bar, while oversized DuraFirm™ pads support your back and forearms during VKRs. A 42" multi-grip pull-up bar plus oversized dip handles deliver secure, comfortable grip for every rep.

Engineered from 11-gauge oval steel with a 2" × 2" all-sides welded mainframe, the FCD stands up to high-frequency use in home gyms and commercial facilities alike.
