Comfortable, joint-friendly 45° hyper bench for safer low-back & core training — ideal for Home Gyms.

The Body-Solid GHYP345B combines an inverted back extension and oblique flexor at a joint-friendly 45° angle to strengthen the lower back, glutes, hamstrings, and core with less stress than flat hyper benches. Extra-thick 3" DuraFirm™ pads and a pop-pin adjustable thigh pad deliver secure, customized positioning for users of different sizes.

Use it to help relieve low-back discomfort, increase flexibility, and improve circulation while building resilient posterior-chain strength. The 2024 update brings a sleek Black finish (some photos may show the prior gray).
