At Strength Warehouse USA, we are constantly driven to provide our customers as much value as possible. White Glove Delivery is perfect for anyone that does not have the time or handiness to set up their new gym equipment. We currently offer two different service, that will be quoted based on product(s) and location.
We will ship your purchase to the nearest freight terminal based on your delivery address. At the time of shipment, both you and our tech team will receive the tracking information.
Once the order is delivered to the freight terminal, the freight carrier will notify us. At this time, the technician on the job will reach out to you to schedule your delivery and assembly appointment. The may take a up to a week from when the order reaches the terminal. You will schedule your appointment directly with the technician.
Please Note: The estimated delivery date on the tracking information IS NOT delivery to your location. It is delivery to the freight terminal.
On the day of the appointment, the technician will pick-up the item, deliver it to your address, and provide same day assembly in the room of your choice!
It is assumed that all customers are ready for installation at the time of ordering. If there are any circumstances that could delay installation (new floors, vacations, house renovations, etc) we need to know prior to placing your order.
Average time for installation is 3 weeks from the date of order, but this is dependent on the current shipping timeline for the products you are ordering.
Your product will be shipped as stated on the product page, either freight or ground. Once your order has shipped, both you and the service team will receive the tracking information.
If it is a ground shipment, your order will be delivered by FedEx, USPS, or UPS in a normal package delivery manner.
If it is a freight shipment, you (the customer) will be responsible for receiving the package from the freight company. In most cases (see specific product page), this means your order will be delivered with curbside delivery and lift gate service.
The freight company will call to schedule a delivery appointment with you once your order reaches the final freight terminal. On the delivery day, you will be responsible for receiving the package. The freight company will deliver the pallet curbside. They are not responsible for moving it on to your property or into your residence/location. It is your responsibility to move the contents of the pallet into your residence/location and into the room of assembly.
Once the product is confirmed to be delivered, the service technician will call to schedule your assembly appointment. This can take up to (1) week after the product is delivered.
