We are committed to providing a seamless and transparent shipping experience for all our customers. Here, you'll find detailed information about our order processing, handling, and shipping procedures.

We aim to ensure that your order arrives safely and promptly, whether it's a small accessory or a large piece of equipment.

Please read through our policy to understand what to expect from the moment you place an order to when it arrives at your doorstep. If you have any questions or need further assistance, feel free to contact our customer support team.

Free Shipping on All Orders

At Strength Warehouse, we believe in providing the best value to our customers. That’s why we offer free shipping on all orders, regardless of size or weight. This means you can shop with confidence, knowing that the price you see is the price you pay – no hidden fees or extra costs at checkout.

Eligibility: All products listed on our website are eligible for free shipping. Whether you're purchasing a single item or multiple pieces of equipment, your order will be shipped to you at no additional cost for standard services.

Shipping Methods: Depending on the size and weight of your order, it will be shipped via standard carriers (UPS, FedEx, USPS) for small or lightweight items, or via Less Than Truckload (LTL) Freight Carriers for larger, heavier items.

General Order Processing Information

Order Confirmation

Once you place an order with Strength Warehouse, you’ll receive an acknowledgment email. This confirms we've received your order and have authorized payment to begin processing. This email will contain all the details of your order including the products, shipping address and order number. If you don't receive this email immediately, please check your junk/spam folder and then contact us!

Processing Period

Please allow 1-3 business days for us to properly accept and confirm your order before preparing it for shipment. If, for any reason, it will take longer than expected to ship your order, we will call or email you immediately.

Preparation and Packing

After your order is confirmed, it will be packed and prepared to ship out from the warehouse. The preparation time depends on the size, weight, and shipping method. Each product page includes the specific preparation time.

The amount of time for processing, preparation and packing is dependent on the product that is ordered. Each product has an estimated lead time on their product page. If you're unsure, look back at what your ordered and head over to the page on site, or just shoot us a message and we can let you know. 

Shipping Methods and Information

Ground Shipping - FedEx, UPS, USPS

All small package orders shipped ground through UPS, USPS, or FEDEX will be delivered to your door or driveway depending on size and weight.

These orders are shipped and delivered in a standard process similar to most online products you are experienced with buying.

Tracking generally becomes available within a few business days of ordering, but please refer to the product page of what you buy to see a specific shipping timeline! 

Freight/LTL Shipping with Curbside Delivery

These items will be delivered to the end of your driveway or curb at the end of your property. This does not include getting the item inside your house or garage. The items will not be assembled, and no packaging will be removed or disposed of.

Curbside deliveries require a scheduled delivery appointment and a signature at the time of drop-off. Once the shipment arrives at your local freight terminal, the freight company will call to set a delivery appointment. 

In most instances, you will have to unload the item from the truck yourself, prepare for your delivery accordingly. Lift gate charges are extra unless otherwise specified on the product page.

Tracking Information and Transit Times

Once your shipment is ready, it will be assigned a tracking number and Bill of Lading number. We will send you the tracking number in a shipment confirmation email, allowing you to follow the progress of your shipment.

After your order has left the warehouse, transit time can vary depending on the distance. Typically, items will arrive within 1 to 7 business days. While delays are uncommon, they can occur.

Receiving Your Items: LTL/Freight

Scheduling Delivery

For LTL/freight shipments, the carrier will contact you once the shipment is in your area to set a delivery appointment window. You must be available to sign the Bill of Lading. If you are not present, redelivery fees may apply.

Receiving Your Delivery

The pallet(s) will be lowered off the truck using a lift gate and delivered to your curbside or the nearest safe drop-off location. This includes commercial and residential locations.

For locations with a loading dock, the truck driver will deliver the pallet(s) directly to the dock.

Inspect Before Signing

Carefully inspect the boxes and pallets for any damage before signing the delivery receipt. If there is any damage or potential damage, mark “DAMAGED, PLEASE  REVIEW” on the delivery receipt.

Immediately take photos or videos and email them to us at info@strengthwarehouseusa.com.

Check Your Items

Open the boxes, inspect your items, and check for missing or damaged parts within 2-3 business days. Report any issues to us within this period for prompt support.

Severe Damage

In rare cases, if your shipment shows severe, irreparable damage or crucial components are structurally broken, document the damage with photos/videos and refuse the delivery noting the damage with the driver.

Assembly Information

Freight drivers will not bring your equipment indoors, into your garage, or assemble it. Be prepared to move heavy boxes to your desired room. If you ordered an assembly service, contact us to set it up if you have not already.

Shipping Challenges To Be Aware Of

Shipping Damages

We know it’s a bummer when things arrive damaged, but unfortunately it does happen sometimes. That’s why we’re here to help!

  • Inspect: When your items arrive, take a good look at them. If you notice any damage, take pictures and videos right away. This will make it easier for us to help you.
  • LTL Freight Deliveries: Make sure to note any damage on the Bill of Lading (BOL) when you sign for delivery.
  • Report: For standard deliveries (USPS, UPS, FedEx), report any damage to the carrier within 7 days. For freight deliveries, inspect everything before the carrier leaves and note any damage or shortages on the BOL.
  • Replacement Parts: If something’s damaged or has defective parts, we’ll get the right parts to you to make it right. We might need pictures, videos, or more info to get you sorted out.

If your items arrived damaged, just send us photos at info@strengthwarehouseusa.com, and we’ll handle the claim with the manufacturer,

Our first line towards resolution on damaged equipment is to get new parts sent out. We will always get the correct parts and pieces to you to have a new, fully functioning product. We stand by this.

This will require pictures, sometimes videos, and possibly other information to get the correct parts replaced, so your cooperation is much appreciated.

Storage and Fees

By placing an order, we assume that you are immediately ready to accept the delivery of your order. If you need your order to arrive on or after a specific date, please let us know ASAP - we're happy to help accommodate your shipping timeline!

Should your order ship and you are unable to receive the product, the freight company reserves the right to return your merchandise to the manufacturer and/or charge additional storage fees. Most freight companies will not allow your item to be stored at their facility more than 3-5 business days.

If your order is returned to the manufacturer by the freight company, you will be responsible for initial and return shipping fees and will be subject to a restocking fee for the product.

If the shipping company chooses to hold the item and charge the customer storage/retaining/additional shipping fees, you agree to pay such fees.

Refused Deliveries

If you need to refuse a delivery for any reason other than extensive damage, you’ll be responsible for all shipping charges to and from you. Be prepared to show pictures or videos of why you refused the delivery. Refunds can’t be processed until the product gets back to our warehouse, which might take 2-3 weeks or more.

Additional Delivery and Assembly Options

Inside Delivery

If necessary, we can arrange for your shipment to be delivered to the nearest safe, dry place on your property instead of curbside. This will come with an additional cost, please contact us to arrange.

Professional Assembly Services

Shipping Outside of Contiguous United States

Unfortunately, we do not currently arrange for shipping outside of the lower 48 USA at this time. However, we do have customers located in Hawaii, Alaska and Puerto Rico. When working with these customers, they arrange their own freight forwarding from somewhere in the lower 48 to their location.

In these instances, we can ship to the freight forwarder's location (generally this has been in California or Florida). We will not arrange this for you though, and will not be responsible for any additional charges that are associated with it.
