BodyCraft Return Policy
BodyCraft 15-Day Return Policy
We will not offer a money-back guarantee on any product, but products may be returned within 15 days of the receipt of the product. The product must meet several conditions to be eligible for return.
The product must be:
- Unopened in factory sealed boxes
- In resalable condition
NO EXCEPTIONS: If the box if opened, the product is not returnable.
The customer is responsible for all shipping charges to and from the warehouse. The customer will also be charged a 30% re-stocking fee on all returns.
The best method to handle a return is to accept delivery and then contact us, Strength Warehouse USA, immediately. By following this procedure, we can process the return in a more timely manner.
If you refuse shipment, the product will go back to the delivery company and may not get back to us for 2 or 3 weeks. A return cannot get processed until the product is received by the warehouse.
We cannot process your return until we receive the product. If you refuse shipment, your shipping will not be refunded. It will only delay your credit for your purchase. We also reserve the right to impose a 20% restocking fee and all related shipping charges. Refused shipments must be reported to Strength Warehouse within 24 hours days of refusal.
No returns will be accepted without a return merchandise authorization (RMA) number. To request an RMA number, please contact us directly via e-mail at firstname.lastname@example.org. Please include your order number and name in the email.
Once the return has been approved, you will receive the RMA number with return instructions by email. All returns must be received within 7 days of the RMA approval date unless other arrangements are agreed upon. Reference the RMA number clearly on the shipping label of the return shipment, and include a copy of the RMA paperwork. In the return of any product, the returned item(s) must be 100% complete, in the original unopened packaging and in re-salable condition.
We reserve the right to refuse a return on any product that does not meet these requirements. We strongly recommend that the customer obtain a tracking number for all packages shipped back. Strength Warehouse USA or BodyCraft are NOT responsible for any products damaged or lost during transit. Damaged or lost items are not eligible for warranty or refund.
