Our free in-home assembly service for the EXM3000LPS is a limited time offer. It works as follows:
- We ship the product to your destination of choice (home, office, business, gym, etc).
- Once the order ships, you will receive tracking information via email
- You are responsible to coordinate with the freight carrier and receive the delivery at your shipping address.
- The delivery will be on freight truck. It will be a large pallet that is wrapped and strapped full of the unassembled boxes of equipment. We include liftgate service, which means the driver will lower the pallet down to ground level for you.
- You are responsible for bringing this product into your residence/office/gym, etc.
- Once the product is delivered, please allow up to (1) week for our installation team to reach out and schedule with you.
- On the scheduled assembly day, the installation team will come over and assemble the product for you.
This free service does not include:
- Bringing the product inside for you
- Relocating the product inside your home/gym/office
If you need our team to deliver this by hand, and bring the product inside for you, this is what we consider "white glove service". Please contact us for assistance with this.
If we do not have a qualified technician in your area, we have the right to deny free assembly service and instead offer a discount of $500 off the total price of your order.
